Chalk Hill Wines:
Chalk Hill is a family owned and estate grown winery that produces award winning small batch, hand-crafted wines of distinction. The Harvey family established Chalk Hill in 1964, with their grape growing heritage going back six generations. It’s their family commitment to make wines that showcase the exceptional place that is McLaren Vale. 2020 has been a historic year for Chalk Hill, opening their cellar door and being crowned McLaren Vale’s 2020 Bushing Monarchs with their 2019 Alpha Crucis Old Vine Grenache winning best wine in McLaren Vale.
Never Never Distilling Co:
Never Never Distilling Co. is the story of three people with a passion for flavour, having a serious go at creating Australia’s most exciting and innovative spirit brand. It is the culmination of our separate journeys, three paths walked that have managed to intertwine here in South Australia. They’ve won some of the biggest sprit awards, including 2020 Best Regular Gin and Double Gold - San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Cucina di Strada:
Serving up Italian style street food, Cucina di Strada is the final piece that brings the site together. Specialising in a Roman style of pizza (Pinsas), their food pairs perfectly with a glass of wine or gin. Their menu has a wide selection of house made cakes and sweets, platters, and paninis too.
