Palate: Bursting with fresh tropical fruits with dried herbs and fennel notes.  Fresh and zesty with mineral notes and a crisp dry finish.

Vineyard Notes

Vermentino is a new varietal in Australia.  Widely planted across the Mediterranean coast of Italy and France, it's well suited to McLaren Vale's coastal location.

Winemakers Notes

Our first vintage of Vermentino has produced a fresh aromatic wine, that shows excellent varietal definition.

Food Pairing

Summer salads, seafood, pan fried squid with lemon aioli and rocket salad.  Great by itself.
