Vineyard Notes

The Slate Creek vineyard around the homestead of Chalk Hill produced its first crop of Muscat à Petit Grains this year and the resulting wine displays beautiful lifted fruits and aromatics

Winemakers Notes

The balance between the low alcohol, natural fruit sweetness and the lifted aromatics in this wine, came with its challenges. Parcels of fruit are harvested at different times and the fermentation is closely monitored to ensure we bottle the wine at its aromatic peak. This wine is a gourmandise!

Food Pairing

The Chalk Hill Moscato is the perfect aperitif. It can be enjoyed served over crushed ice with a slice of lime. It will also compliment grilled fish and a wide range of delicious desserts
